We provide early education from grades k-12 throughout the year. OIC believes an early education is the key to success in the future.

For young adults who are looking to jumpstart their career upon graduation or obtaining their GED.

Adult Literacy

If you never obtained a high school diploma and in need of a GED to continue your career, OIC has a variety of programs to meet your needs.

Youth Programs

Xtreme Learning Center

We provide full service childcare and extended school care to children ages 16 weeks to 8th grade! Enrollment is ongoing and we accept ELRC/CCIS aid.

Camp Xtreme

Camp Xtreme Math and Science Enrichment program is a summer program available for children ages 7 – 14. Registration for camp opens annually on March 1st and is limited to the first 50 students.

Spring Break HBCU College Tour

Annually, we host a college tour to Historically Black Colleges and Universities along the Eastern Shore. This tour is open to all high school students in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Norristown YouthFORCE

Through several state and federal grants, OIC provides workforce development skills to teens and young adults ages 13 – 21. This program explores college and career readiness throughout the year and partners with our other program opportunities to expand their experience.


Holiday Toys and Coats

Do you know a family in need during the holiday season? Montgomery County OIC partners with several organizations to provide assistance for children. We distribute coats, gloves, hats, and toys for children under 10 years of age. Learn More

Training and Literacy Programs

Workforce Development Training

Montgomery County OIC is pleased to offer free Workforce Development training at our Norristown and Willow Grove location! This program is available for all Montgomery County residents, ages 17 to 24.

English as a Second Language

We offer ESL courses for Montgomery County residents who are looking to strengthen their English vocabulary. Classes are held in conjunction with our GED classes every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

GED and ABE Literacy

Adult Basic Education and GED studies helps adults students revisit or enhance skills already learned for job improvement. Enrollment for both of these programs are ongoing.

Forklift I – V training

OIC is pleased to announce our forklift I – V training now available at OIC. This program is open to Montgomery County residents looking to obtaining this certification to pursue their dream job.

Culinary Arts Program

Montgomery County OIC offers a pre-apprentice job training program to residents of the county between the ages of 17-24.

Spanish in the Workplace

We offer classes for professionals who wish to learn how to speak Spanish for the workplace and beyond. Enrollment is now open for our February 2023 cohort.

AARP Computer Class

Montgomery County OIC is pleased to offer AARP Computer class. Virtual classes will be held every Monday and Friday.
