Successful students will finish this course with a foundational understanding of customer service and sales concepts that can be applied to any given situation.  Also, receive 3 credits towards Hospitality at Montgomery County Community College.

 

 

 

 


What certification will I receive upon successful completion of this program?

At the end of the program, successful students will receive 3 credits towards Hospitality at Montgomery County Community College and a nationally recognized certificate issued by the National Retail Federation.


What skills will I learn?

Students will learn about the retail industry, the role of a sales associate, and the value of:

  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Strategies that drive sales
  • Understanding store operations
  • Getting and keeping a job in retail.
